Enterprise registration and profiling
Enterprises subscribing on HaHuJobs platforms are profiled as per their sector of operation, employing and the number of vacancies they had published or are actively recruiting for. This offers the candidate a bit more insight to candidates looking to join the organization.
Vacancy publishing
All enterprise subscribers of HaHuJobs are allowed to publish an unlimited number of vacancies on all HaHuJobs outlets. Enterprises submit vacancy publishing requests through their service platform and will be addressed by service personals.
Recruitment management
This feature allows enterprises to manage vacancy applicants on a status based record management model. All applications will startwith a pending status, then be short listed then hired or declinebased on the profiles or CVs they attached for the vacancy.
Job description template
Enterprises can use the HaHuJobs job description template management to define specific vacancy templates to ease theprocess of publishing a vacancy. The feature allows defining vacancy templates that can be repurposed with slight modifications.
